Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Save the seeds from your annual Jack-o-lantern carving night and roast them to make a tasty, healthy snack. Season with Caesar Squeezers and zest up your seeds!
Ingredients:
•2 Cups of Pumpkin Seeds
•3 Tablespoons of Melted Butter
•2 Tablespoons of Caesar Squeezers
•1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
•Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions:
1. Rinse pumpkin seeds and pay dry with paper towel.
2. Combine melted butter, Caesar Squeezers and garlic powder.
3. Mix pumpkin seeds and sauce together.
4. Spread pumpkin seeds evenly on a baking tray and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5.Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hr. Flip seeds every 15 minutes in tray.
